I have had nothing but great experiences with Chrome and get a lot of compliments in office and field settings. I've owned their bags for years, taking them through fairly difficult conditions without any major issues. I recently noticed stitching being torn from one of my bags and customer service was amazing. They honoured their warranty, despite covid, and ensured I got a replacement product and was allowed to keep the warranty item. Great group and great products.

My Chrome Bag has been my best bag ever. However, after some years I had a minor quality issue, but instantly I got a new one. Adding to that...a great service guiding me throug the ordering process. Thanks Chrome...you're the best!!

No complain about the products anyway.
Wonder about the customer service,that's the main concern.
My bag somewhere out there claimed to be lost in transit after enquired about my order.
The answer is simple : we will refund your money in 7 business days.
Ever consider in customer's situation,try to find a solution by finding alternative that's available to the ordered product.
Customer indeed interested in the selling products.So please,do have a consideration in solving customer's problem rather than just compensate and close the case.
Disappointed.
